yeah he's so boring!

breakfast: toast with honey and crunchy peanut butter, mocha.
lunch: beef spinach cheese gozleme (tasted boring) with lemon squeezed on top.
dinner: rice with pumpkin saalan (idk the english equivalent, probably 'curry' or 'dish', though it wasnt actually a curry), yogurt, a couple of pieces of puff pastry.
second dinner: bread (paratha) with meatballs.
snack/dessert: home made choc trifle, ice cream.

coffee, bacon and eggs, apple, 3 x oreos and an oreo bar, a wrap containing: lettuce, roquette, red onion, mushroom, hummus, tomato, chicken and other fun stuff. orange juice, and spaghetti.

EDIT: And another bowl of spaghetti and a block of Cadbury Cruchie chocolate and a 1.25 litre bottle of diet coke trying to stay up to finish this speech.

Turkish bread with melted cheese on top- breakfast.
Roast chicken in a sandwich.
Chocolate+ fruit salad- dinner

All washed down with... now that I think about it, I haven't drunk all day :O
Will get myself a drink after this post.

breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 4 slices toast (3 with egg, 4th slice with crunchy peanus butter and honey), mocha (btw i measured the volume of the mug i use for my breakfast milkfests and it carries 500mL lol, so everyday i have half a litre of milk )
snack on train: choc coated honey nut muesli bar.
lunch: a not tasty kebab, seriously so disappointed , hot chips, choc protein shake.
dinner: naan, lentils, a boiled egg.
