Dude, i'm gonna type as sober as possible, that honestly looks pathetic and digusting compared to my meal. and I'm being one hundred percent serious. Also, let me aware you- i'm training for a body sculpting competition, this is what is called a clean bulk. Low gi carbs and adequate protein. Also, I don't drink.

1.5 cup special k
6 egg whites, 1 yolk
150g chicken breast, 1c. broccoli and 1/2 c. brown rice
150g steak, 1c. broccoli, some singapore noodles
2 cups of milk
3 weetbix
protein shake
workouuuuuuuut
protein shake
now 150g steak and broccoli
1c. milk
Later= cottage cheese.

getting there :) I've gained 5kg and actually dropped body fat. so i'm pree stoked

Today i didn't eat as much as i'd wanted- been pretty shit lately, i went out last thursday and drank for the first time in months which fucked up my eating for 2 days. ANYWAYYYYYY

breakfast1: 4 weetbix and a protein shake
Breakfast 2: 2 pieces of that really nice brown bread that comes in a paper bag with vegemite
1/2 cup brown rice, 1c. green beans and 150g chicken
Protein bar
Protein shake
Some lollies i stole from my boss' lolly jar at work (shhh)
150g chicken, green beans
milk
Will have cottage cheese later. probably something else, too.

breakfast: square piece of naan the size of a piece of toast, warmed in toaster then vegemite and butter spread inside it, large mug of milk in the form of mocha (500ml)
post gym snack: choc coated honey nut muesli bar.
after gym: musashi p20 sheikh.
lunch: chicken schnitzel burger/sandwich, water.
dinner: 1 garlic bread, 2 kebaab patties, 2 hash browns, glass of coke.

will drink more water later tonait
