So far: protein shake. Will have:

peanut butter
post workout shake
Salmon and salad
Salmon and salad
6 eggs (2 yolks) mushroom, ham, cheese, relish in the form of scrambled yum
cottage cheese
~6L water
Are you trying to build up muscle?

Jeeeeezus, had so much food today. Bleargh.

Woke up at 9 AM didn't have breakfast, started studying/procrastinating.

11 AM had a bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream
1.30 PM had an All-Star's box from KFC
7 PM had Chicken Parmigiana at a restaurant (they mistakenly gave me 2 chicken parmigiana's in 1 plate).
9.30 PM had 1 can of coke

..... Felt like vomiting after the chicken parmigiana. I could feel the chunks of meat coming up my throat :S.
Need to burn it off :X

lol its funny how people have weird eating patterns during study period. during the hsc i was eating ice cream for breakfast as well. but now that hsc is over i dont even touch junk food.

My bulking diet was heaps more. HEAAAAAAAAAAAAPS.

Anyway, so far today:

6 scramled eggs (only 3 yolks) with ham and cheese
protein shake
will have: another protein shake
ALL I CAN EAT AT ALL YOU CAN EAT.

Grilled Salmon Fillet
Small Greek Salad
Wholemeal Pita pockets with Shredded Chicken Breast, lettuce and hot chilli sauce
2 Egg Whites and an Omelette

Woke up at 11 and this is what i've had so far
weetbix w/ soy milk
raison toast w/ some bizarre organic hippie butter
1L of water
2 packets of fruit nuggets (I have no idea what these are but their artificialness is yum)

will be having salmon sashimi and miso soup for dinner
is soy milk nice?

and i ate 2 apricots!!!
but ill be eating more tonight..a loot more (family friend get together at my place)
i know i dont eat much, but the thing is i get full very quickly so thats as much as i can eat

anyway, today I've eaten:
6 eggs (3 yolks) with ham and cheese scrambled
protein shake
Protein shake
a couple of eucalyptus lollies
roast vegetable salad with sweet potato, pumpkin, spinach, olives, sundried tomato, caramelised onion, chicken, fetta
Cookies and cream crusher with cream from gloria jeans

didn't go all you can eat. I didn't want to eat all I could eat.
Food regret. Fuck that.

- subway footlong sub
- sausage roll
- muffin
- cheesels
- sour snake lollies
- chocolate
- water/tea/coffee/beer/wine

I'm not a dietician although wouldn't eating 6 eggs etc make you gain weight? My diet is not that healthy so when I need to lose weight (a couple of times a year normally) I just cut out all the kilojoules so I eat 2000 kilojoules for a few days (instead of the 7000 normal etc) and lose weight then. Its not the best plan, although it works.

nah, not if you only have 3 yolks. it's all about cals in vs cals out and carb cycling.

I ate a huge amount (compared to normal) today, although granted all that I ate is pretty much unhealthy. I can easily go > 24 hours without eating anything (drinking water/tea/coffee) and not notice it. I don't eat because I an hungry, I eat because I am bored normally.

yeh me too. boredom is always a common factor in food consumption.
