protein shake
about 1/3 roast chicken
rock melon
3 whole eggs, asparagus (lol), capsicum an spinach scrambled up in a pan
steak

i'm still hungry but idk what i want fwp

the people who cooked it were stupid asshats and literally every time it has been rubbery

i had 1/2c oats
protein shake
turkey breast
carrot sticks and organic pumpkin dip
a few minties

couple o' minties
will probs have a protein shake or cottage cheese or chicken when i finish work

i was in a rush and grabbed the wrong Chilli from the market and chucked it into my curry

hoo boy was that a mistake

I ate really quickly and so I ate a lot before the heat kicked in, but when it did omg

and I managed to get some on my hands, and then inside of my nose whilst blowing it (because it was running like a tap from the chilli)

omg I am in hell rite now
