I haven't had much of an appetite since two years ago. :( But reading this thread is making me hungry. :rofl:

No breakfast.
Lunch: McDonald's medium cheeseburger meal.
Afternoon tea: Max Brenner's banana split latte chocolate thingy
Dinner: Haven't had it yet. Probably instant noodle again ... le sigh ... I'll do it in memory of Mr. Ando.

brekkie: 2x toast w/ honey, banana
snack: MASSIVE peach, nectarine
Lunch: Bread roll w/ ham, tomato, lettuce, cheese, mustard
snack: biscuits, crackers w/ tomato, lollies
dinner: steak, potato, broccolini, sweet potato, beans, corn, lentils

dessert: Pancakes on the rocks :eek:, shared with my b/f though and he ate more than me

Oh its a place. Called Pancakes on the rocks. theres one in the rocks, and one at Northmead.

They have everything pancakes. We usually go there for dinner (they have savoury pancakes/cakes, ribs, salads etc). But we're usually too full for dessert. So we just went for dessert last night :eek:

Yesterday [Friday] i ate:

Breakfast: 8 eggs - scrambled, whole avocado
Snack 1: Protien shake.
Lunch: 300-400g of Lamb backstrap [yum!], Roast pumpkin, potato, greens
Snack 2 [post-exercise]: Protien shake, creatine.
Dinner: 2 pizzas from the local pizza place. Its a Friday tradition :)
Pre-bed: Couple glasses of [whole] milk.

Also:
- 3-4 litres of water.
- multi vitamin, fish oil caps x 10ish

I'm a big-ish guy, and i exercise alot. I get to eat alot of food.

then at work, for morning tea, i had: a packet of sour worms and a powerade. lol.
healthy.

umm.
and then i had..an apple. home made fried rice. and that's it.

crap i better go eat something.

Lunch: Ham, cheese, lettuce + mustard on a roll AND a sausage sizzle roll

Dinner: Spinach and Cheese Pide

Dessert: Caramel kiss

Now i feel so sick *spew*
