There isnt that much fat in full cream milk. You need a little bit fat as well.

If you are really concerned, ditch the milk. Have weetbix with fruits. OR soy milk/

Breakfast: rockyroad chocolate, cranberry juice,

Snack: Chicken Oporto burger+ Mountain Dew

Snack: Mocha from usyd coffee cart

Snack: A slice of Margarita pizza

Snack: Salmon and avocado sushi roll

Snack: Chicken foccacia

Snack: Watermelon juice

Lunch: Big Bondi burger meal, upsized+ Mountain dew and lemon and herb sauce.

Snack: Pack of glazed cherries

Arvo tea: mi goreng

Snack: rocky road + cranberry juice

Snack: Hot chips

Dinner: 2 thick bbq sausages+mash potato+onion + sirloin steak + alfredo pasta+ caesar salad + JB beer + glass of white.

Snack: raspberry sunny boy.

:eek: i am in awe that you can eat all that and not be confined to a bed/wheelchair!

^ Serious? I'd love to spend the day with K. cos all my friends hardly eat.. If I had the time, I'd eat like that too.. I used to do that until uni n work started.. then everything went erratic..

Well.. I had work today.. no time to eat..

Morning: Laksa flav Nissin noodles

Break: Bottle of V

Break: Tomato n Bacon spirals (microwave pasta) + Blacklabel OJ

Break: Some more OJ

Dinner: Brocolli, mushroom, dried scallops, chilli thing.. plate of random meats like salami, ham, vegetarian ham.. triangle hash browns.. and something else I cant remember.. with rice, and some melon soup...

its not that much, if your on the run from 8am-7pm out and about in the city its so hard to not get hungry and just snack everywhere, then when I get home i'm exhausted so I eat a massive dinner.

zomg, how good is when you have a long day at uni and breaks between most classes? I usually go sandwich stop in the morning> class > sushi> class > kebab> class > mexican > class > probably mexican again > sam bar for a drink > home.

quarry food court, yum.
