-Chunky choc-chip cookies

Lunch: Sushi (ate all alone at the foodcourt and took a mouthful too big whilst a guy was looking at me, and I accidentally smiled so that rice dribbled out. HOT)

Alright so my diet is routine.

Breakfast = 1 whole egg sandwich(fried) + 11 egg whites (fried) + 550 mL of high calcium low fat milk
snack during school = 3 chocolate up and go's. with a muesli bar.
after school snack = tuna sandwich
After lunch/dinner W/e you call it by then = 3 chicken breasts one large bowl of salad + water + a fatless chicken thigh fillet sanwhich with some salad + low fat cottage cheese.
After gym = 3 serves of protein powder
Before i sleep 1 serve of protein powder

and i tend to sneak in fruits
are up and gos good for you? i presumed they would have high sugar content

I get told off so much if I deny food which my mum gives me, and I get lectures :(

Eating healthy sucks bro (which I have up on 2-3 months ago or something)

up and gos are totes good for you!! :)
look at the side of the carton ....LOOK AT ALL THE VITAMINS!!! :D :D :D
iirc, there's 26g of sugar in one small up&go
also, iirc, i read that consuming more sugar than what is in 2 cans of coke/day is really bad for your health. (not 2 cans FULL, the amount of sugar in 2 cans of the soft drink)
glycolysis causes premature aging, causes insulin spikes=become more and more insulin resistant=diabetes

anyway

6 eggs (2 yolks) ham cheese, mushrooms, asparagus scrambled
roo sausages and salad
salmon and mayo
roo sausages
post workout protein shake
roo sausages and broccoli/beans
