i was in sydney, actually.


when i'm in spewcastle i have 1-2 a day, only on the days I have uni (1 when i'm walking to uni and 1 in a break while i'm lying on the grass)

no sir i rarely smoke here, like i said

it's more of a social thing when i'm in sydney + it feels a bit gr9

breakfast: eggs, chicken, onion, salsa
mt: yogurt, chia seeds, almonds, strawberries
lunch: chicken salad
at:200g cottage cheese
dinner: chicken, pumpkin, corn feta mint chilli salad (so good)
dessert: small snippets of chocolate pudding, strawberry cheesecake and apple pie with a scoop of ice cream

I had a protein shake with chia seeds
then i just had 200g low fat cottage cheese
chicken salad for lunch in liek 3 hours

I had the worst eating day in a while :( feelsbadman.

breakfast: I had a banana, yoghurt, pancakes, tea (far out, i eat a lot)
lunch: this cheese manooshi thing, this other arab dish thats too hard to pronounce or explain what it is, and some chicken nuggets
afternoon snack: tabouli :/

better start dieting.
