B) A term used in tertiary education meaning that you do two different majors at once;
C) A term used in tertiary education meaning that you do more than/double than the required amount of units for a major in one subject area, (sacrificing any electives you may have);

I did a quick search in the Uni - General forum and it seems that it could be either B or C... IS it either, but a bit more involved/developed than that?
USyd Arts Handbook also yields nothing in way of an explanation.
