Someone mentioned crappy USYD student ID cards
Apprently, you can get good proper plastic ID cards if you pay money at the library. I've seen some people with them at exams and stuff, they look like drivers licenses.
And there's talk that they plan to implement some sorta new fangled smart card system by the end of 2004 or something, so we can pay for food and stuff electronically.

The University of Sydney has its benefits and disadvantages, but at the end of the day, there is nothing more freshing than to walk through the main quad listening to the bell carilion thing playing.
