yoghurt and fresh fruit....healthy and without the confusion of cereal. And if like me you're picky about weirdo dried fruits like banana (who thought up that?!), popping up in your cereal, this is perfect.

Not exactly a cereal, but oats are probably the best carb source you can get for breakfast.

They are fairly high in carb, but its good carb - very low in sugar, and a low GI.

Starcrraft master eh? Did u ever used to play on aus-1?

just right is pretty damn good. i still think that the best cereal ever invented is lucky charms (from the USA) but hey, if we are talking healthy, then clearly lucky charms aren't an option.

healthiest breakfast though would be like 5 eggs, toast, a slice of lean bacon and a large glass of orange juice.

yes! dude, greatest cereal EVER .. i wish they had them here :eek: i remember bringing them back from the states and the customs chick at brisbane airport looking at me like "wtf yo"

hahah yeah and everytime i try to explain how awesome they are to ppl they are like 'wtf, marshmallows in cereal?" and i try to convince them they are so good. but yeah guess its their loss. omg they are so awesome, im thinking of going back to the states and bringing like, a suitcase full back.

yeah, that's my normal cereal...its pretty good. i usually put it with milk (low fat) & some sort of fruit or vanilla yoghurt
