This is false. My friend got his raw mark for 4 Unit last year. He got 49% and that aligned to 81. Last year roughly 63% aligned to 90 I think.

Take as much time as you need, if you find a question difficult then skip it and come back to it

You can typically pick up most marks in conics by knowing how to derive things. If you really can't 'see' how to get the last two marks, who cares - chances are you'll pick up more marks in Q7&8.
