if ur getting only around 96, then i'd recommend not attempting to be an actuary.

his 96 (if) is gonna be cos of his english - nothing to do with actuarial
as long as ur leet at maths and logic... which im not
only semi leet :(

nowadays u need to have good english skills as well, because you end up doing alot of consultancy work (not just plugging in numbers n modelling).

well yea, if ur leet with ur math n problem solving, just do the exams from the institute of actuaries after some stats work, and u'll be doing effectively the same thing we are (at uni, you try and get exemptions from the exams, but if your good, you might as well the do the exams - though learn something else first to supplement your actuarial)

Well, these are just our opinions and advice. You can try Actuarial out by transferring if you don't end up getting 96 or above.
