Brandan Nelson has always done a great job down here, and I've actually seen first hand some of the great work he does for the people in our electorate. He gets my vote for sure.

But i'll b voting for Joe Hockey(Liberal) for the House of Reps & Libs in the Senate.

Hockey will be a certainty to get voted back in, the Nth Shore is blue ribbon Liberal territory.

The Reuters Poll Trend showed on Friday the Liberal/National coalition government with a narrow 1.2-point lead over center-left Labor on a two-party preferred basis, where preferences from minor parties are distributed to major parties until a winner is declared.

I beleive that preferences will very much decide the election. In fact I would not be surprised if come Sunday morning Australia finds itself goverened by a co-alition of Dems and Greens or some other combination but I doubt it will be a "clean" victory for either party.

I'm also in North Sydney, and dont mind Joe Hockey, in fact dont mind liberals in general except for Abbot, Howard and Ruddock who have all sold their souls to the devil.

I would vote labor, but i think it will be much more interesting to see Howard struggle over the next 3 years, hopefully with a very hostile senate and an even more hostile Costello
