Hi, i just received all my hsc scores and i put them into matrix and i got an estimated score of 91. + the 5 hsc plus points which i am eligible to get and EAS for youth allowance will i make it into bachelor of commerce in UNSW which is 96.4?

As we don't know what the cut-off for this year will be for that course this year it is not possible to say whether or not you will get into that course. The cut-off can go up, go down or stay the same depending on supply and demand for the course.
I thought the cut off was the 2013 course selections link on the UAC website. Also since the letters saying if your approved for extra marks for EAS are sent after the 21st of December, whats going to happen. Do i get to select my course immediately after i receive my ATAR?
The cut off is not determined until people have submitted their first round preferences and offers are made.
When you get your EAS approved you just submit your preferences like normal by January 4th. You will then be notified whether you are accepted on January 19th?

No, they are for 2012 students. The cutoffs are determined once offers are released as they are dependent on supply/demand. Basically, you just wait.

I'm also applying for EAS with youth allowance. Who would I get to fill out my Education Impact Statement as there are now no teachers to fill it out as my school is closed for the holidays? Some people just say you don't need a responsible person to fill it out, just fill out your CRN and your details and then submit.
