exactly the same thing here!!
i did a compressed course, so in year 11 i sat English, Bio and PHDPE
then came back mid-term 4 to start the whole stressful process again!!
I gave my all in year 11 and now i'm about to sit CAFS, art and ancient (year 12) when i haven't worked half as hard in them because i'm just over it.

Advice to year 11's, don't over-work yourself. I wasn't studious in year 11 but I wasn't a bludger either, I was in between; an average student.

When the time for year 12 came, I found many of my friends that tried hard in year 11 and were the top of the ranks, instead, plummeting to the bottom of the ranks in year 12 whereas people like me who were only average, overtook them. Offcourse, there are exceptions, and not everyone will get burntout, so it really depends on your level of perserverance.
