Anyone else stressing out for the trials? Today I got both marks back for Adv Maths and Business and actually did pretty well with 85% in both and 1st in Advanced. I feel burned out now and cbf even considering starting to study for the trials which is bringing me down. I feel as if I'm falling behind in Physics, SOR and English Advanced and would be gutted if I do terrible in trials since I'm improved significantly this year. Anyone else that hasn't started studying?

Not to mention the amount of assessments at the moment taking up a majority of our time... :|

As cliche as it is, we're all in this together. It's perfectly natural to have little lulls of productivity, most of us aren;t machines. Can't be going at 100% all the time. What you have to worry about is long stretch lulls, 1-2 days is okay, but when it streches 4-5 days you're in trouble.

If you ever need to talk to anyone, Spiral is here.

I found that talking to people really helps. Now my focus is on finishing the HSC strongly. :)

I realise how hard it is to get a band 6 now. Hopefully I can turn my ranks around with these trials...

If you need to, take a day or two off. I know you're thinking 'omg can't do that such a waste of time D:' but if you're feeling 'burnt out', you're not going to be doing anything productive no matter how much you force yourself too. Allow yourself to feel refreshed from a break so you can go back to regular study.

:)
