isn't that what this thread is about? spending too much money on something with a label when something without a label can be bought for a lot cheaper.

i trust this label of swimwear not to become seethrough, or fade too quickly.
i know it might sound kinda weird, but i prefer to spend money on a bikini then i do on a shirt.
possibly because in summer, i live in swimwear as im always at the beach or pool, and i wear the swimwear when wet.
i dont want it to become seethrough, as cheaper brands of swimwear do.

hence as with a shirt, i wont be wearing it wet on a regular basis.

ive never made a belt. im just stating that i/one could make a belt for a very cheap price.

why does it matter how much other people spend on their clothes? if there are people selling tops for $150+ there are obviously people buying it. and for the people listing their cheap purchases etc, give yourselves a pat on the back but seriously what does that have to do with more expensive clothes that other people buy?
it's all about priorities, some people fork out money for good seats at a game, some people pay to have their computers or whatever upgraded, and some people spend money to look good. get over it.

I dont think I've ever paid over $50 for a t-shirt - but $150 is the standard price for a Soccer or NRL jersey. I'm saving up for a Sharkies retro one (I dont work so I just save up what my parents give me) - but the point is, more than half of sporting fans have a jersey, and they cost $150-180 (even though you can getstuff from the same material for $25-$30).

I'm just waiting for a sale.

EVEN THOUGH THE sharks arent my fave team, the retro jerseys are the hottest colours in the nrl
