LOL yeah, even though its quicker to download it via windowsupdate - its fun to recieve free cd and free postage from microsoft :).
You can also get WINDOWS 64-BIT for free from them - which ive had for a few months now :)

yeah my came today too... even though i've got another 8 copies from other places haha... i've gone SP2 crazy... :p...

LOL, i felt like ordering another one for my neighbour that i hardly know - just for the fun of FREE material from Microsoft :p

hmm.. the win x64 page says "Shipping and handling charges will apply for CD orders."
and when I clicked on Continue it gives the page cannot be displayed error
EDIT: now it works..

and.. what site is that?????

the second URL is for SP2 :p

can u guarantee there'll be no shipping charge? im about to choose the shipping method and im a bit scared now..

EDIT: apparently it says on that page.. "You will have a chance to view any shipping charges before placing your order with the option to change."
and it does charge you :(

I think i was waived the shipping charge - my dad first discovered it, i dun think he paid for it :s

I can't download it. It is 75 MB file and I am only on a 56 Kbps connection. I am not so sure that it would be quicker to download it:p.

I went to an event and they were handing them out like handing leaflets out ahah, and the cd looked pretty, so why not :D

hahaha... 64 bit is kinda useless unless you have a 64-bit platform... :(

and the software that is 64-bit compliant
