Got 100% in my Mathematics Test :D

Gonna get Extension tomorrow though :/
CONGRATS!!!!!!! :D you probably did great with your extension exam! I, on the other hand, did terrible with my extension exam...and got 9/62 :') :') :') I didn't even study for it though because I was dropping it anyway but I guess even if I did study, it wouldn't have helped because I hadn't started any of the stuff that was in the exam. I spent most of my exam time drawing hahaha :p

Pls

I got 44% for 2U

That's how shit I did
Practice is all you need. Though it might be the way you're taught maths, you know - you should take some time to find the best approach to mathematics and problem solving, it'll boost your confidence and ability :)

It is the way I've been taught maths throughout my high school life that has made me delusional and spiteful of the subject. The teachers would always utilise a theory booklet, do specific examples and expects us to rote learn them and try the questions in the textbook which, imo, is really bad for my learning.

Even if I ask why for any aspect of a concept, they will immediately reply and say that just accept it as it is and I'm like, "wtf? How will I understand properly?"

The above two paragraphs are the reason why I suck at problem solving.

I don't know why your teachers teach like that tbh - it's not effective nor does it benefit the understanding of their students. Have you tried mathsonline ? It's a great tool to assist with your study .

Mathsonline is alright, I much prefer Khan Academy.

a few exercises behind on maths and i still have to go back and revise all the previous topics, really want 90%+ but i think that's a little unrealistic
