For written expression in HAST, it says there could be a topic or issue that prompts discursive writing, or an image that prompts narrative or creative.
It also says you can write in any style.
So if it shows an image, can I still write a persuasive text, or will I loose marks for not writing in the style that is suggested by the prompt?

Oh okay has anybody done edutest writing part before? Because do you have to write two pieces??

The last time I did that question, you just have to come in the exam with at least a basic structure and a well thought out character before going in because i got the 2nd percentile for the one section.

Last year for year 10 entry it was on the 5th of aug but in the email it said 7th it can vary. But sometime between next week tuesday - thursday. Also which year are you applying for and extra curriculars

For HAST, I got an email saying that I’m in group 3 when I get to the test centre (Penrith high school), and some of my friends got group 1 and 4. How do they choose the groups? Is it in like alphabetical order or like your grades??

Year 11 one, the year 10 one is for when Ur applying into year 10 so you'd be in year 9

You should've gotten an email by now, check spam and everything if not you'll recieve it before Friday. Email the school if need be

Probs the y10 one since ur in y10 but i recommend buying some y10 and some y11 in case the y10 might be too easy
