Get rid of this to another forum... tutoring forums!

+ lol at Year 10. The School Certificate is a load of BS and total waste (even though so many kids get rapped up in it all, me being one for a while until a few days before where I just didn't care)

SC is so easy... You don't need to study. I didn't and i got all band 5 and a band 6. Seriously. But tutors aren't a bad idea especially if you want to get ahead for next year.

Maybe they want to leave school at year 10 and find their School Cert results quite important? Parental pressure? I think the School Cert is done injustice by people's opinions on it.

But the school certificate gives you no qualifications... I don't know of any employers in my area or surrounding areas that would want to know about someone's results in the school certificate. Those that usually drop out at Year 10 are those who either do not like school (and will be complete bums) or go out to get apprenticeships (these clearly do not need your school certificate results).
