lol i'm not gonna get too high a UAI. i only get really good marks in maths, fairly good in phys/chem but not great, and average in english. i'm expecting/hoping for ~95

with great maths, fair sciences, and average english, i'm pretty sure it's a 99.00+ at least

I agree. You've got a pretty good chance. Just hope that nothing *bad* happens before the end of the hsc lol.

lol. you are certainly overestimating how good the average advanced english student is IMO

i'd say mid to high band 5 is good english, almost very good english.

according to my HSC documents, the median for advanced english looks to be at something like 76-78 (high band 4) but a lot of marks are in the band 5 range, so I would say 80 is probably the average student's mark
