For the locus of z:
arg z = pie/3
|z| less/equal to 2

should the origine be included?

No ==> Indeterminable. Undefined is something like 2/0...
meh, semantics

There are four cases of indeterminable. They are:

0/0 , infinity*0 , infinity - infinity, infinity*0

There is a difference between undefined and indetermineable.

For an argument to be defined, there needs to be a distance between one point on the argand plane and the origin. Since there is no distance between the origin and itself (lol) a line can't be drawn. Therefore, there is no angle formed.

on a serious note: where in those 4 cases does arg(0) appear

So it is not undefined. If it's undefined that means the angle=infinity, which is clearly not the case. So it's indeterminable.
If it's defined, what is its definition lol?
