what a dickhead. In English 1 mark = 1% in paper 2 and 1 mark = 8/9% in paper 1.

:O really.. English paper 1 theres 15/15/15 = 45 marks - so each mark is worth 2% my bad.. was thinking about normal assessments which are out of 15.

English paper 2 theres 20/20/20 = 60 marks - so each mark is worth like 1.5%

Yeah me and a friend had to use the senior science ones and he took my friends amendment so hopefully he'll get an estimate of 4/4 because he was using this test to get 1st again after he fucked up the practical test. And by fucked up I mean he beat me by a few marks. Lol.

Riproot is your cohort solid? your classes seem to be quite small esp chem and your maths. Whats your ATAR aim?

My chemistry class is just less than riproot's. Around 8 people. But then again, my school isn't ranked in the top 200. How big is yours dylana?

i have never been good at long responses, now i screwed up the mathematical crap as well.

My chemistry class is just less than riproot's. Around 8 people. But then again, my school isn't ranked in the top 200. How big is yours dylana?

My school sucks (ranked 270ish) haha, about 20 in the chemistry class, 18 in Bio, 9 in Ext 1 Maths, 5 in Ext 2 Maths, 15 in Adv Eng LOL.

My Chem class is really solid. Top 3 will definitely get band 6 and the next two have potential. Then the next two will get high band 6.
Next one will get around 85 and the bottom 2 will get 82-84.
Maths class is good too. Top 5 are definite E4s and the rest are capable of E4.
Everyone in MX2 will get an E4.
Aim was 97.5+ now it's 95+.
I'm certain I can get 95+ and certain I won't get 97.5+. D:

Tiny! haha. I'm just hoping to be one of the few people who get like 98+ at my school each year.

Atm coming 1st in Eng, 1st in Chem, 1st in Bio, 4th in 3U and 3rd in 4U. But not sure what's gonna happen post-trials. A bit nervous =/
really needa keep my ranks as 1st to get the ATAR i want at my school..

Last year we were 138. This year we may do worse or better because there are a bunch of deadshits. E.g. bottom two in bio will get band 3 at the highest. But top 6 will get band 6 so I don't know.
All of my classes are better than last year's except maths because our teacher we had since year 7 had to leave at the beginning of this year but we're still doing really well and it doesn't seem to have effected anyone heaps just me sort of. :/

There are 16-18 in advanced at my school and my school wonders why they aren't higher. The new curriculum chick we have caught on this year and makes the advanced teacher teach standard now because he cut 28-30 people from the classes.

wow.. only 16 ppl doing advanced compared to 102 ppl doing standard, thats like unheard of to me =/

Aren't you worried about how standard aligns? E.g. only like 60 or so band 6's across the whole state last year.. well thats just something I've heard, not sure if its true - but even then compared to thousands of band 6's in adv.
