naturally once every 2-3 days, but when uni starts i have to force myself before travelling to uni because for some reason if i don't poop before i get on the train i feel like i'm gonna die and explode on that 50 min ride to central.

the worst is when i have morning starts at uni (9am), i have to leave home at like 7-7:30 because lines at central for the bus are ~1km long in the morning.

my bum starts functioning 7am onwards, so i cant actually pupe beforehand, but when im on the train at 745 IM PREPARED TO GO.

for this reason i avoid 9am starts as much as possible. lol.
