I am serious. I know drinking water is good, although wondered if drinking Powerrade etc which also has electrolytes in it would be better?
no. it will add calories and kilojoules, therefore unless you're doing high intensity exercising/sports and need hydration, they are something to avoid.

breakfast: Either scrambled eggs, or beef hamburger with egg in the middle and cheese on top, both with a cup or two of salad greens. Coffee with heavy cream.

Lunch: Steak and green vegetables, or a salad with tuna and sardines

Tea: Curry or stew, minimum 250g meat per serve cooked in lard/ghee/coconut oil, no rice.

Dessert (sometimes): Handful mixed berries in coconut cream

I don't really eat snacks very much because all the fat I eat keeps me full for hours, though I'll occasionally have tuna, almonds or cheese.

So basically its mainly meat/fish,eggs, and vegetables, mostly leafy greens.
