Nek question

what's tha difference between oxygen and ozone no cheating
no difference

Ozone and oxygen are allotropes. (however the f*** you spell it).

- Ozone and oxygen differ in melting and boiling points with ozone being higher due to the presence of more intermolecular forces.
- Ozone is soluble in water as it is polar, and thus like dissolves like. Oxygen is non-polar and not soluble in water.
- Ozone is much more denser than oxygen in air because more mass per unit volume.
- Ozone is much more reactive than oxygen because of the presence of the single bond which only requires 100kJ/mol to be broken as opposed to the double bond in oxygen which requires 500.
