Agreed!! I will simply pass away if it's the trial process, like what do we talk about? Courts? That's more prelim. Or a 15 marker on juries? Peace out

Courts would be rather weird. I was thinking more:
Charge negotiation, defences (partial, complete, different types), juries.
Oh well, I've already sacrificed like half my memory to Legal anyway :/

my brain is still stuffed with stupid shakespeare and stupid ts eliot poetry UGH i cant bring myself to memorise legal :(

I've put so much time and effort into legal yet the exam is the only one which truly terrifies me. I really hope they go general on crime.

I'm memorizing scaffolds for paragraphs, i have about 5 or more for each of the crime sections but that will all fall apart if we get a specific dot point type question. Unless its punishment, that one would be decent.

i also think it might be defences in the trial process given how specific last year was.
How many paragraphs do you all write for the crime essay and for option essays?
