Classroom, Drive, Emails etc. Does the department just delete it after grad? How long do I have to save all my stuff?

I'm not too sure exactly. I'm pretty sure they allow you to save your local files on a flash drive in case you need to save anything but any school associated accounts will be deleted.

I believe you have until a handful of months into the year after graduation to save everything you need, though I'd recommend starting right after graduation. Not like you won't be short of free time to download things you want to keep
