I won't pretend that it wasn't monstrosity but, it sadly does fit in with the math syllabus. With the risk of sounding cliche, I was expecting a high band 6 but at this rate, moderation hopefully kicks it uppppp

I guess because I managed to go swimmingly until the last three or so questions. Now of course they are supposed to challenging but as a three unit student, this was definitely more on the harder end.

same here. was getting 90-95 raw on all the past papers in timed conditions. now im just praying ill scrape a 90 alligned

damn I think it may have been more about the exam conditions man rather than the content of the paper

my teacher has done hsc marking for years and she said this paper was considerably harder than most, so yes they thought it was hard, not impossible but harder

In many ways, yes. 2021 I feel as though it was skewed to a particular topic. This paper by contrast is more "balanced"

Same here lol. There were some questions that I would have gotten 0, but they actually were pretty lenient in the marking this time.
