well first u got like community colleges, which generally have pretty bad reps, because they are kind of seen pretty slummy etc and aren't exactly prestigious. generally colleges are the undergraduate unis eg Harvard College is the undergrad part of Harvard Uni. This isn't always the case though.

Like L_K said, make up a schedule. Keep working, but make sure that you have adequate time to study and compete assignments/homework etc. If you find that you aren't having enough time for schoolwork, it might be necessary to cut back on the hours that you work.

In Boston, Wellesley College and Bentley College; in Georgia, Augusta State Uni and in Arkansas U of the Ozarks. I'm looking at a lot of different courses, it will depend on where i go. Most of my choices are either Liberal Arts or Business unis.

Is there anyone here planning to go to uni overseas? I'm in the process of applying now, and i'd be interested to know if anyone else was doing the same. There's so much paperwork :(

Did you read all the codes to check if any apply to you? no, i think you have to apply through the post.

The documentation you need depends on what code you are applying under. What is your reason for applying for the EAS? I think one thing you will definitely need is the Confidential Statement of Support bit..For my documentation i have the statement of support from a member of staff at OTEN...

yes it's the 30th. I've just sent my application in two days ago. I won't be here next year, but i need a uni offer cos it makes my college application look better :p and the EAS scheme is my best chance of getting an offer

Commercial leases are on commerical premises obviously, eg factory units. They have higher rental returns than residential properties (around 10%), but also much lower capital growth and generally the tenant must pay all outgoings eg rates etc. Commercial properties also have higher vacancy...
