generally, it is up to you to approach an employer and ask for an apprenticeship/traineeship. Many people gain positions with employers who never even advertised. They don't all advertise on job search :) see the New Apprenticeships site in my post above for more info...

Lazy_Korean, another course that you might want to look at if you are really interested in property development is the Bachelor of Town Planning course @ UNSW.

OTEN = Open Training and Education Network. They are the Distance Education branch of TAFE...i'm doing my HSC through them. I wouldn't recommend them unless you are a extremely motivated person, and capable of independent learning. Their website is www.oten.edu.au
