yeh i had 2 mid 80's and rest low 80's and a 75. so if someone maxed up on high 80's, with scaling subjects, then i think 96/97 would be very possible.

depends on your strengths... have you considered dropping any subject, again depends on how you are doing in them. :) that, should do it.

in that case, complain? ask them why someone else got it instead of you or what you didnt have.

no, they cant do that. if they would have taken your schools marks, then it wouldnt be a level playing field. with this system, everyone, as individuals and schools, are judged from the hsc exams. what will stop schools making students sit really easy internals, with everyone getting 90+...
