    Ideas: maglev trains

no! the meissner effect involves a superonducting material and a magnet. you will have a magetic[permanent, although i wonder what it would be like with an AC electromagnet:p maybe its an idea for wonderland:D] ok so back to this...you will have a magnet and a superconductor. the magnet will be...

    Space: calculating centripetal force

thats centripetal force, ie the force directed towards the centre of the uniform circular motion. questions regarding this will be when they give you the mass, velocity, force and tell you to work out radius, obviously a little more complicated. umm....you might know to calculate...

    SPACE: mass dilation

dangar, i get what you mean. but i am sure some of it would have to be converted to Ek, because with "none becomes 'kinetic' energy and no matter how much energy you put in it will all get converted to mass" how will it accelerate?

    Significant figures or decimal places?

use scientific notion where possible, usually 2 decimal places is enough. i mean they wont take marks off if you wrote 19.23 instead of 19.228

    Converting measurements

hahahhahah @ this confusion :D fistly you will never convert the SI units to anything...eg: you wont have to convert m to nm, only nm to m. so just use ananlogies by changing the smaller value to cm and the larger value to m. and think about them in that way, thats what i will be doing:D...

    InductionMotor

no its is its complement:) a conductor with a current flowing in it will move if a changing mag field is introduced. conversely, when a changing magnetic field is introduced to a conductor, a current will be induced. both use right hand paml rule
