no! you do not need to mention the page number. i am certain of this from eng adv and ext. but i cant see it being any different for std.:) if you can check out the sample answers to some questions from the hsc. and also the examination reports from past hsc's.

wine is good. a framed picture of the whole class may be a good idea aswell.

there are exception to the case tho.... there are indians/sri lankans/asians out there that are really good at englishy subjetcs and not so good at maths.

umm....what subjects are you looking for, most of them are nicely catered for on the 'bored' notes section...

your mark, eg 50/60. your weighting, eg 30% 50/60 times 30/100 => do this for each assessment task in each subject and add them up.

oh ok...very simple to interpret, thanks! what involves in 'aligning' the hsc raw marks?

wassabi, could you add up the mark out of 100 for all your subjects, after considering the weightings. its a little hard to know your exact marks like that. add something like this site shows in your post, http://www.boredofstudies.org/community/showthread.php?s=&threadid=10600 :)

how would you explain the difference between aligned and scaled marks? and what is 'added' up to get the aggregate, i am thinking the aligned marks...
