Cyph, Just asked my father's friend (ex-Police Prosecutor), who says the only possible charge (as previously stated) is 'Maliciously destroying or damaging property'. He also says it would be bizarre if it got you more than a $500 fine, unless the damage was excessive. Good luck with it!
