As many people have suggested, wait till you actually start uni to see whether courses will be highly dependant on the texts or not.

As you can probably tell, it's probably a more Science-focused course than you're looking for. I recommend considering other options if you really don't like the thought of doing Science.
You can still apply for consideration in the Late and Final Rounds, however remember it's harder to get in (less vacancies - make sure the course you're applying for has vacancies). Also keep in mind there are pretty killer late + processing fees at this point.
Can you overload in your first year? I thought you had to have a certain amount of UOC under your belt with no fails in order to apply for an overload?
They might stop you from enrolling until you get one. But since it's Monday you can hop over and get one on the spot from the TFN. They do it right there for you.
