Yeah, that's what I think. For example I hardly touch on theatrical conventions, and the transformation of characters (except Ros and Guil)

"Death is the ultimate negative" and "It's the absence of presence"
That is everyone you need to put in, and more. Cut down on the list a bit. I concentrate mainly on the nature of existance, and build the essay from that.
EDIT: I also consider context to be mighty important
My main concept is that a physical journey leads to growth and self-discovery. As the protagonist overcomes the various obstacles, they mature due to experience. My text is Huck Finn by the way
