Natural talent or just a lot of hard work put in?

Hard work beats natural talent in virtually all subjects (especially the one with sheer masses of content that isn't too difficult to grasp e.g. a biased generalisation possibly but I think PDHPE). Natural talent cannot get you a band 6 in anything. Effort is essential. It makes sense. If you go...

Pdhpe ppl - Did anyone do first aid ?

We are starting First Aid next term. I find PDHPE okay. I found Core 3 - Body in Motion OKAY and Core 2 - Better Health for Individuals pretty darn average. But yeah, we had an easy test so :)!! I'm actually confused about what I think of the subject. *looks at signature*

how many hrs have u studied

Yeah, it's not; I mean the school certificate made me realise consistency and continuity is more important than cramming and crunching your notes. It helped my study habits. So studying for the school certificate in general is not too important, nor is it worth it. It's the skills you pick up...

how many hrs have u studied

Do NOT go overboard with study people doing school certificate! 1 hour per day of study (not including homework) at the MAXIMUM (more realistic to do 1 hour per week).

What are you going to do next year?

The good thing about doing religious traditions you know more about is that you only need to learn the fine details instead of starting from scratch.

"Somebody's boring me, I think it's me" - Dylan Thomas

My interpretation: The boredom in Thomas' life is the cause of another person. However Thomas realises it is his own temperament that is resulting in boredom. He is the work of his own boredom. His moods, thoughts, attitudes, ideas and philosophies he holds important have all contributed in some...

    Cumulative Frequency...HELP

    (i) 42 - 26 = 16 With this (and for any) cumulative frequency graph, as you move to the right across the x-axis (the weight) you gain all the number of students of the preceding weights. For this question, there are 42 students that weigh 80-89kg OR LESS. There are 26 students who weigh...
