List UNE's Bach of Urban & Regional Planning as your next preference (do it by distance if you don't want to move) - it'll be easier to get into plus chances are you'll get more credits for your time and effort than TAFE.

Not sure about post grad but undergrad... they know their stuff in terms of DE. Tutors respond well. Check to see if course is online or you actually get print outs of the course material. Good forum interaction. CSU has way more DE than on-campus students - so you don't get forgotten about...

Nursing has lots of stuff to buy for but there are heaps of scholarships around. Don't just look to your uni, the nursing associations and many not-for-profits support nursing students. Even maybe your local council. Plus check out secondhand stuff on ebay from ex-students or dropouts
