2007 State Election - Labor or the Coalition/Iemma or Debnam?

Not really but Hitler would be closer to Debnam and David Clarke than Iemma. Debnam looks like he will be sending all the Arabs and homosexuals to the gas chambers

    Maxine McKew for Bennelong

I don't think you are surprised that John Howard wasn't a blow-in from EARLWOOD who no longer lives or bother to do anything in his electorate, which he doesn't

    Maxine McKew for Bennelong

Bennelong has been changed substantially from being based on Lane Cove Council in the 70's and 80's and now moved westward to add the shitholes (dare I say) of Eastwood, Ryde and Ermington so it will be no hard feat for her. She can get Kevin to speak some Chinese and Korean to lure the Asian vote

2007 State Election - Labor or the Coalition/Iemma or Debnam?

Haha...people actually think Debnam will win..... I prefer Morris over him anyday but it looks like Morris may hand it over the premiership soon as he thinks he can get into federal politics which is a big leap for whatever losers end up in state politics which I think he will crash and burn

Lobby group seeks election of Muslim MP

The ALP preselecting Muslim candidates in the federal electorate would be suicide. The Coalition would make a fuss plus the party itself isn't that keen on choosing Muslim candidates and has a surprisingly low number of Muslim members. the seats most likely to be chosen for a Muslim candidate...

    Young Liberal / Young Labor

Re: Young Liberal / Young Labour Why don't you go an interview every single Jew living in this country and see if it counts who they vote for noting they make up less than 1% of the country and at or below than 15% of constituents in the seats of Wentworth and Melbourne Ports.

    Young Liberal / Young Labor

Re: Young Liberal / Young Labour The seat of Wentworth is not a safe Liberal seat anymore and I don't know any Jewish people who live in Artarmon but they do lean towards the ALP and only the Orthodox community are the ones who are socially conservative but it would be the same if you look in...

Re: Young Liberal / Young Labour They are led by a gay man but can you really tell if they are gay just by looking them? Political parties have to be discreet with revealing candidates sexual orientation due to a whole lot of reasons. The Greens were also along with the Democrats the only party...

2007 State Election - Labor or the Coalition/Iemma or Debnam?

Everything about him stinks...he is just too caustic for that important moderate Liberal element to work and besides, Iemma has come up trumps on most of his rants about the Islamic community, so I doubt he will pick up any speed at all maybe one or two seats but the Liberal Party is definately...

    Young Liberal / Young Labor

Re: Young Liberal / Young Labour Yes we have Michael Danby, Eric Roozendaal, Martin Pakula, Moss Cass, Mark Dreyfus just to name a few at federal and state level but there is that element drifting towards the Liberals which tends to be the newer, richer South African immigrants.

are howard's economic credentials so great or is he just lucky?

Hewson could have done it and we would not be in such a mess today with Iraq, etc. , he would have gone much better if he wasn't lacking policies in other areas and he didn't do that ghastly Birthday Cake interview.

are howard's economic credentials so great or is he just lucky?

He has ridden the wave of success off the 1987 recession and is likely to ride it back out again just to empower the Libs chance at the next election, as long as their candidate is not Costello.

Re: Young Liberal / Young Labour Its a pretty mixed bunch but yeh a lot of the gays, Asians and inner city types are defecting to the Libs and we have left the builders, unionists, Italians and Western suburbs types but yeh thats pretty much the gist of it.
