    Service 100 could be anything really. There is no "this & that". We may even call service 100 to get the manager down for a lady who had fallen over.

    My scan rate would definetly be higher for basket loads. I feel like I push them through SO much quicker then trolly's. I feel like I can the whole basket in a minute compared to the whole trolly in 3.5/4 minutes (roughly). Cheers

    Scan rates stop in tender mode, right? If I need to wait for a customer whilst fiddling with stuff, I just chuck it in tender mode untill they get back then hit C to go back into sale mode. Or sometimes I save the transaction if they need to run off and get something
