Because they get no penalty rates. I think it's the same at Hoyts. Apparently a 15 year old gets 12/13 p/h because the award they are on has no penalty rates in it.

Yeah you should get a 2nd. Just remember, they will pick somebody OVER you if they have a better availability. Even if you can't work that much, change it AFTER you get the job, not in the interview :P

Yeah been 1 month ago TODAY was my induction :P. TBH it feels like I have been working for months! No kidding. I don't mind my job actually, but people with low tolerance would be angry by now :P. I put every day after school, 4.30 to close, and all day on weekends.
