comparing marks for your viva voce across different schools is pointless. a 40/50 at your school may end up being a 45/50 for the final HSC mark. but at another school 40/50 may end up being 30/50. comparing marks is an exercise is frivolity

probably this, although it varies depending on what uni degree you are doing. eg, engineering = lot of work and 5 days a week of uni commerce = half as much work and 3-4 days a week of uni so uni will be tougher (obviously) but it varies depending on what you want to get when you finish.

the behaviour of the graph sin(1/x) graph near the origin was pretty interesting in my calculus lecture today. and my algebra tutor telling our class "infinity is a very precise term. every time you use the infinity symbol in first year, your probably wrong" lol

seriously man, take the extra mark. you are going to be unfairly marked down at some point or another and you wont spot it that time, whether it be in maths or another english assignment. so do what you can now to even things out.

I didnt mean physically going around and asking. I meant you dont want them asking themselves "hey, we used 4 gigs of downloads yesterday except no one was home. maybe someone else is using our internet connection. perhaps we should protect our network." etc

use it but be careful. you dont want to use up their whole internet usage downloads in a couple hours and then have them asking questions. perhaps use it to watch youtube videos.

they should really replace those large "UNSW" letters on the library with some sort of massive tv, like the ones they have around Tokyo and NYC (time square I think). impractical, but its the thought that counts ;)

you can get a high band 5 memorising essays. even a high band 6 is the hsc questions line up with your memorised essays perfectly.
