    Deadlift

If you are after lat width, add in wide grip chins if you don't do them already. Then after those pick a weight you can do ~8 or so times on lat pulldowns and just rep it out for 4 sets (with wide grip), aiming to get 10 or so each time. This is in addition to what I said above, so if you do it...

    Deadlift

You can always keep deadlifts at the start of the workout and heavy, then use bent rows and other exercises afterward for higher reps. Alternatively you could split back workouts, day for volume and a day for strength. Personally I would keep doing what is working in the strength aspect...

    growing.

You're taller when you wake up in the morning because when you sleep, gravity is no longer compressing the intervertebral discs and they reabsorb water. Over the course of the day obviously they are compressed and then you go to bed and etc. Sleeping won't make you taller, I'd be a giant if it...

how long does it take to get a speeding ticket in the mail

It slows people down until they're out of sight from the speed camera. Hardly a huge deterrent. It also fucks up traffic flow because people tend to go from 5-10 over to 5-10 under as they go past the camera. They don't accomplish anything except revenue raising.

Help with statistics (uni level) - it's URGENT

For 5 c. (and any similar ones in next question) you simply refer to the standard deviation distribution curve thing.. I'll see if I can find one but you should know what I mean. Been a while since I did anything related to the others but will edit if my brain starts kicking over. Edit: this

Is this unethical at the least?

You also still have from when you get home till when you go to sleep to work on them, during the week. Plus you would have at least a spare few hours each day on the weekends. You might have to social recluse it for one or two weeks but that's hardly unheard of during peak study times.

    your thoughts on this problem

You should either tell him once then drop it or leave it alone. His decision to be whipped not yours to keep him out of it.

So you think you want a motorcycle?

If it is a race bred motard its servicing schedule will be measured in hours not km, keep that in mind. Good writeup Graney, I would probably add the cost for taking the computer test to the L licence bit at the top. Also some restrictions are legit, the new Suzuki SV and gladius are examples...

    BMW S1000RR (bike)

The cbr125 is a bit of a joke, horribly underpowered. You'll get bored of/used to the 'power' of a 250 quickly, let a lone a 4 stroke 125. It is a good choice for complete novices (cheap, very light, if you accidentally fuck up there isn't really much power there to bite you) and city...

    NSW Speed limiters in cars

As mentioned in the OP, at present it cannot be implemented on motorcycles as it is dangerous. Cutting acceleration mid corner = crash, for the most part. Taking away acceleration from a motorcycle is also inherently risky, as many occasions call for them to speed up to move out of the way of...

    NSW Speed limiters in cars

Yeah mandatory training at the early stages of their driving career that teaches people the limits of their abilities and that of a given vehicle is the same as giving someone a limp wristed scolding. Way to go, man.

    Training at home vs. Gym

The power rack I own is about 1.something by 1.something metres, say 1.5x1.5, once you are done the bench and all the weight can fit in there. It's hardly a huge space burden.

    Anger

Do something physical. Lift heavy stuff/buy a heavy bag/mow the fuck out of that lawn? One of my biggest pet peeves is when people bring baggage from other areas of their life into a completely irrelevant one, so props to you for noticing and looking to fix it. Personally I find the heavy bag...

    NSW Speed limiters in cars

My assumption is that the car would simply not go. It would probably be under a system that assumes the registration holder is the owner and thus accrued the fine, I doubt a system that goes by individuals would be implemented. This is all hypothetical though, have yet to look for the proposal.

    NSW Speed limiters in cars

It is not a giant leap, and if the above is introduced then tracking is probably the next step, if only for theft/police work. Irrelevant at this point in time though, totally correct. If anyone hasn't seen it, check out my edit at the bottom about US/UK proposals, thoughts? Will try to dig up...

    NSW Speed limiters in cars

Just in regards to the track day thing, japan has a speed limiter on some cars (for example the new gtr) which is disabled when you enter a track. Gps informs the limiter hey you are at a racetrack.

    NSW Speed limiters in cars

Speeding in and of itself is not dangerous. At least not in its most common context. If it's 11pm and the m4 is empty, hardly a danger to anyone to go 10-15 over.

    Training at home vs. Gym

Most gyms will cost 1,000ish p/year if you don't have access to a student one. That can make a home gym pretty cost effective. Under 2000 for 200kg weights + barbell + quality bench + quality power rack. Throw in some chains, some bands, medicine ball, and you have heaps of options. Even at the...
