You won't get your raw marks for the HSC exams unless you want to pay to view your exam. I think it's about $50-70, so not the cheapest in that regard. I don't really see any benefit to it, as universities will consider your HSC mark (if you are looking to get bonus points for specific courses).

Don't underestimate how important working out is ... if you can't get the final answer for a 4 mark question but can show your logic and significant progress, you can get 2-3 marks for it, which is much better than spending more time worrying about it and losing out on other potential marks.

Having gone to a selective school, I think only 3 people out of ~215 didn't do Maths or any sciences, so this takes a lot of dedication and rote-learning. The amount of words you would have to write would literally kill me, I reckon, if I had to do these subjects.

94% is a very good internal mark, and being ranked 2nd internally will only be beneficial to you. Although your final exam mark will remain with you (and of course, there will be scaling), you are looking comfortable for mid Band 6 territory (if you can get 85 raw in your exam tomorrow).
