i got my italian results back today. i got 86%, first in the class by 17%. i have a pretty healthy lead now. haven't got anything else back yet, but apparently all the ancient history papers were really bad... can't wait for that class tomorrow :rolleyes:

I really don't see the point of doing subjects that won't count to your UAI. If English didn't count to the UAI no one would put any effort in, which defeats the purpose of doing it in the first place. By counting it to the UAI they force people to learn and put some effort in. Say English...

English is the only subject that everyone does, standard and advanced overlap for 40% of the course, so it's another way of finding out who are the all rounders/top students. In this respect, I believe it is important for universities to know. For this reason it should be a factor in the UAI...

How are those questions bullshit? Q1 ... for imaginary, the significance of whether it actually happened or not is a big thing to consider for that topic. Hence the question is valid.
