Don't worry too much about those graphs, they are mainly for interest sake. SAM wants you to input the final HSC mark, which is the average of your Moderated assessment mark + HSC exam mark. At this stage it's really quite impossible to guess what marks you'd get. Try not to worry about it...

I would recommend you play around with marks using SAM. I'd say you'd need mostly low band 5's.

It gets aligned. For 4U Maths it's typically upwards. By how much, we don't know.. But getting 60/100 as a raw HSC exam mark would align pretty high..

You did your 4U test last week? You mean you did an assessment task exam? If so, you definitely do NOT enter that mark into SAM. At this point in the year, it would be quite impossible to give any type of accurate estimates. More assessments still need to be completed.

You are inputting aligned HSC marks which have already taken into account your moderated assessment mark. Assessment + Exam / 2 = HSC Mark.

I did it in 2001. Maths was my best because it was all general knowledge type questions. Science was hard :(
