Re: motivation, anyone?
Harden up.
You'll survive.
Seriously, in december's time, the ATAR fever kinda dies off quickly and all that matters for everyone is that in the jan main round they get into their ideal uni course
Yes if both are legible then there is no mark difference,
i got penalised in my trials because my writing was horrendous and they needed to get teachers from other faculties to read it :P so i learnt to write a bit neater in the actual hsc
a kid in my school got tutors to write his essays,
aced everything in the trials (15/15 belonging + 20/20 modules) except for comprehension 6/15
gg
(and the teachers found out)
get work experience?
or talk with university students / graduates in the field you're interested in?
last resort is to do what your parents tell you to do <_<
there's more to cut offs than meets the eye
for instance, some people with 99.30 got into UNSW law 2nd round (cut off supposingly 99.65 and there's no bonus points) and others with 99.55 got into USYD law (99.70?)
and there are others who've gotten into courses with ATARs 5 below the cut...
Re: currently half way through 2 unit course in math, how would it take to finish 4un
its a good idea to have finished the 2U course by the start of year 12
hmm does your school allow you to use pencils in your half yearlies?
generally its forbidden because they don't want ppl changing answers after its been marked, though i can't see it as a problem in the actual HSC as there is no remarking
